On April 4th, 2006, Oriental United Equipment Rental Co., Ltd. and Heilongjiang University of Science And Technology held the unveiling ceremony of training base for graduates. Both Mr. Li Ruyang, the director of the economy office of Finance Affairs Committee, and Mr. Han Xuesong, the director of China Construction Machinery Association, gave a high praise to the foundation of the training base and expressed good wishes. Mr. Gao Shixing, the vice-chairman of International Tax Institute of China, and Mr. Jiang Zhongqin, the chairman of Leasing Business Committee (LBC) of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (CAEFI), also were present in the unveiling ceremony. Mr. Cai Zhuang, the director of Oriental United Equipment Rentals Co., Ltd., compered the unveiling ceremony. The journalist in our newspaper office was invited to the unveiling ceremony.
Oriental United Equipment Rentals Co., Ltd. established in the early of 2004, so far has developed into a known enterprise among domestic equipment rental companies. The unveiling ceremony of training base for graduates indicates that the first cooperation to establish the creative teaching and researching mode between colleges and enterprises in leasing trade, the first formation of the reserve chain for leasing trade elites, and the united training program is put into practice for the first time.
After the unveiling ceremony, Mr. Li Dahang, the board chairman of Oriented United Equipment Rentals Co., Ltd., introduced the original aim of the Training Base for graduates to the journalist. He said he wished that the company could do some theory research in operation leasing and finance leasing after the company was identified with the trade. At the right time Heilongjiang department of education proposed the plan of training advanced persons with ability and implemented the new measure of innovation project for graduates. The base is not only a milestone of the company development but also can promote the research about leasing theory and promote the development of our company rapidly in enterprise culture and theory research.
Mr. Li Dahang said that Oriented United Equipment Rentals CO., Ltd. is less superior in comprehensive strength than those large state owned enterprises, such as Daqing petrifaction. Comparing with other companies which have the training base for graduates, our base is based on leasing and now it is on the stage of rapid development and building, so it is a new industry. As a result there are many problems in company running; trade self-discipline and law building which need solving deeply.
