日本住友摊铺机登陆中国市场

　　东方联合设备租赁有限公司2005年度采购招标中，日本住友集团下属的住友建机生产的摊铺宽度为2.3-6m、无级连续伸缩式摊铺机通过此次招标,首次进入中国市场，同时也预示着住友摊铺机在中国地区的销售活动全面启动。

Sumitomo intends to introduce medium-sized asphalt paver in China market

Sumitomo Construction Machinery is planning to lauch its medium-sized asphalt paver in China market in the second half of 2005, and the paver features top technologies, high performance and a maximum width of 6 meters. The asphaslt pavers of Sumitomo have captured a share market of 70% in Japan. In 2004, the sales in full machines, parts and services totalled 8 billion yen. With the medium-sized asphalt pavers introduced in China soon, the sales of full machines is expected to rise to 10 billion yen in 2006 from the 5 billion yen in 2004.
Currently, 9-meter-wide pavers are used in the construction of China's speedway; however, as to the roads' maintenance and repair, the 6-meter-wide pavers produced by Sumitomo are more appropriate, which has been proven in the speedway from Shijiazhuang (Hebei Province). The pavers will be imported to China and sold through its co-op company—Beijing Oriental United equipment Rental Co.,Ltd and their invest company --Sumitomo Heavy Industry Zhongjun (Xiamem) Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Now, the two bases in Xiamen and Beijing and the one to be built in Shanghai in 2005 can guarantee the requirement of China market and the after-sales services.
